Payment Terms

MEDICAL HUMANA will release, deliver, and/or install any product(s) listed on this receipt upon full payment. Special orders require full payment before processing. Products are considered available for release once payment is received in full.

For purchases at the MEDICAL HUMANA Store, any additional costs arising from changes in the scope of work related to custom installation must be paid at the time of request. Failure to make timely payments may result in a halt to installation work and potential legal action, including the filing of a lien on the property.

Storage Policy

MEDICAL HUMANA may only store purchased items for up to five (5) days from the original purchase date.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from this transaction or the purchase of products and services from MEDICAL HUMANA will be resolved through mediation.

Warranty Disclaimer

MEDICAL HUMANA does not accept returns or exchanges, nor does it assume liability for any damage caused by uneven aging of medical equipment components. All warranties, including extended warranties, are provided by the manufacturers or third-party warranty providers.

We disclaim any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not responsible for issues related to installations performed with customer-provided components.

MEDICAL HUMANA is not responsible for “loss of use” of any product. Furniture mechanisms, including recliner and sleeper mechanisms, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and apply under conditions of normal use. Damages from misuse or accidents are not covered.

Tax Information

Sales tax may apply to items ordered from MEDICAL HUMANA, in accordance with state tax laws in Indonesia and Singapore. Tax is generally calculated on the total selling price, including shipping, handling, and service charges.
