A Versatile Skin Treatment Solution
The SylfirmX allows for a versatile range of skin treatment including skin tightening, skin rejuvenation, lifting, and scar treatment. 0.30mm penetration depth allows the device to target from the deeper dermis to upper dermis with one penetration and complete effective dermal remodelling and skin tightening.

The two wave modes allow the practitioner to deliver targeted treatment and focus coagulation selectively. The Continuous Wave mode creates a wide, independent coagulation around each electrode, while the Pulse Wave mode provides softer coagulation in the basal layer & upper dermis.
